At Sixty Studio, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing selections

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

Please check sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We do our best to ensure product images accurately represent colours and embroidery placement, however slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the made-to-order production process.
